Simon Peter Moore is the founder of Code-4Forums, a professional learning platform focused on strengthening incident readiness in schools and community organizations. With 15 years of EMS operations service and 20 years in education, combined with disaster preparedness certifications as emergency management specialist, American Heart Association instructor he brings a practical, cross-sector perspective to preparedness—helping teams build clarity and confidence for the critical minutes before arrival of first responders.
Through Code-4Forums and the Incident Management Summit, Simon convenes educators, administrators, and response partners to translate planning into action through training, tools, and real-world application.
Simon holds a BA in English, MS degree in Health Services Administration, Masters in Education with administrative credential, and is a doctoral candidate in leadership with a public health education focus at the American College of Education. His dissertation case study, “Staff Response to Emergency Incidents in California K-12 Schools” will illuminate the topic, generating discussion which brings systems closer to solutions.
